May 09,2023We visited 2 Pagazzi stores today, the smaller one at Lakeside, and a large one at Bolton. The women in the Lakeside store, were very helpful and pointed us I the direction of Bolton for what we wanted. We drove to Bolton, and upon entering the store were greeted by staff full of smiles and welcomes, especially Chris. He was very friendly and talked to us not what we wanted, the room type ect, while looking at images we had found on the website. He showed us a variety of options, and in the end we brought 2! He even helped carry them out and load them into the car. Exceptional service, which is rarely seen in retail now. Chris is a credit to the company, and even though this was a 3 hour round trip for us if we ever needed a lighting/mirror we would make the journey.
