Dec 01,2023Great service, we contacted Pagazzi as we could not order the full quantity online, due to lack of stock. This wasn't a problem as they manually adjusted their system to accept our order, with delivery becoming due once new stock had arrived. The new stock arrived within 2 weeks and we received our order in full as agreed. All with 20% discount, which made a huge saving.

The company was let down by their courier who failed to deliver when stated and even said the driver had ‘missed’ me when I had specifically waited in for him. I was contacted by Pagazzi with an apology which is unusual and much appreciated. Would not hesitate to buy from them again….

Nov 27,2023The lamps arrived incredibly quickly and were as described. My only gripe is the extra cost for delivery to the Isle of Wight. At a lot of companies don’t charge extra so I find it annoying and costly when some companies do.

I wanted two of one item but it was only showing one and the customer service went to great lengths to source another one from me, got them both packaged and sent out that day. We got them the next day. Amazing and fantastic service. The reason for only 4 stars and not 5 is the product description. It said the lamp bases were antique brass which is what I wanted but the description in the box said bronze and to be honest, it took a good bit of elbow grease with brasso to make them look slightly bronze. The customer service guy had gone to so much trouble, I didn't like to send them back - that's down to me though, not them.
