We unpacked the main pendant light today, having been pleased with the table lamp only to find some damage to the copper inside cover on one of the fittings. We would rather not send the whole item back as it is always possible to have a flaw in the replacement unit, so can you send out a replacement copper piece? I can supply a photo of the two specks of damage if required.

It was easy to order the light that we wanted and delivery was quick and efficient. Large choice of lights at reasonable prices. Very good value for money. I would certainly buy more lights from Pagazzi very good company to deal with.

£200 spent on living floor lamp bought online arrived damaged contacted customer service which there advice to return to local store to avoid replacement being damaged too explained 100 mile round trip to my nearest store but again was there advice so happy with lamp but disappointed only way of a lamp replacement was to travel 3 hours for a replacement

My light fitting arrived with no instructions and with screws missing outer packaging was fine but inside was a mess,I feel this had been a light that had been returned before and not checked before sending to me and as it was two weeks after receiving (the time they had sent instructions via email) they wouldn’t refund my money and even said they wanted £22 for return delivery which I think is ridiculous however after a quite a few emails back and forth they decided that they won’t now be charging this and I can have a credit note which I don’t know when I’m ever going to use as had to go and purchase another light as the whole situation was taking so long to sort so now have £111 towards something I don’t need and that I really could be putting towards something I do,given the current cost of living crisis very poor customer service no customer care at all most definitely a company I will never use again nor recommend

i made an error on my late-night online order so e-mailed Pagazzi almost straight away after ordering. I received an e-mail back saying they would hold my delivery back and that someone would ring me the following day shortly after 9.00am to take payment for the missing item. After this the delivery was made the following day. Very impressed with the helpfulness and speedy delivery.

I did not receive my initial order because of problems at DPD. I have since received a refund and have visited my local branch instead. The service at Bolton branch was excellent and our new lights are now fitted and look fantastic.

Great choice with quality products. The lamps we received were as shown and described. The turnaround was great and the communication was first-class. Would definitely recommend it and use Pagazzi again.
