Looking for table lamps for living room. Staff were helpful when looking for light bulbs and showed me various options, put them into the lamp so that I could see which bulb was best. Delighted with the lamps and the service.

I bought six lamps and six light bulbs from Pagazzi, over a year ago. I was told on purchasing the light bulb that they were guaranteed for 10 years. First one started intermittently flashing after a year, so I returned it and was replaced. The same thing started shortly after to the replacement. When I took it back to the shop. The manager claimed that as the original one was over a year it was not to be replaced. It was claimed the replacement was not fit for purpose but that was not accepted. Eventually it was agreed that I could have a cash refund. Now another bulb has started to intermittently flash in another lamp. Do NOT buy Pagazzi bulbs they are not fit for purpose and do not seem to last.

Ordered two table lights after seeing them in one of the shops (didn’t have the car with me or I would have bought them in the shop). The ordering process was very easy and the communication re delivery was good. The lamps arrived safely packaged and easy to assemble - the bonus was a 20% offer had been added by the time I ordered them!

It's a beautiful mirror, a little over out budget but got what we wanted. The reason for 4 star and not 5, is that it rather long to arrive. It seems tohave a longer time than other shops.

Hi I recently purchased beautiful ceiling lights and identical styled bedside lamps. The lady who showed me Pagazzi's selection of lights was so helpful, professional, experienced and polite. She couldn't do enough and got me a trolley to transport the boxes to my car. Amazing place and my lights look stunning in my newly decorated bedroom. Thanks Sterling Tillicoultry.

Bought ceiling light (fantastic) bought 2 standard lamps but were far to bright for our living room called braehead store back and explained & william took us through the different steps on choosing the CORRECT lighting for our needs guy was great to deal with & couldn't fault his customer service. Ps hope this review gets through to him .

Fabulous experiencing shopping with Pagazzi lighting. Communication from the team was prompt and very helpful in helping me find the right light fitting. The quality of the product is excellent and most of it looks amazing in my newly returned bedroom!
