Despite placing my order at the cut off for next day delivery, they arrived next day. Well packaged and being DPD, you get an hour slot which is helpful. Had to return one item as it wasn't suitable for the space. Couple of emails and it was all sorted for collection from my house. Can't fault the delivery or customer service.

Store Manager was excellent ! The customer service , knowledge of products and desire to provide a friendly , helpful service was top notch! This is sadly lacking today and it was so lovely to have someone help in store that clearly cared about providing a good service. The products are of a really good quality and the prices are outstanding. Very pleased all round.

Light arrived so quickly. Superb quality at reasonable price. Really happy with it. Would recommend anyone wanting new lighting to try Pagazzi. Up to the minute styles that really enhance any room. If you shop at Raebok staff are always very helpful, pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.

The light looks great in my dinning room. One thing that can do better is to have more photos of the light in the website. And the delivery was very fast.

The store has a huge selection of lights with regards to the design and the brightness. Chris at the Bolton store was extremely helpful throughout the buying process. Also when I had to go back for an exchange as the fitting was not the right one, Chris sorted it out straight away. Very happy with the purchase.

Ordered lights Friday afternoon online and they arrived Saturday morning. Unfortunately all 3 had little bubbles in the glass. I contacted Pagazzi Help by email and they explained this was quite common in hand blown glass. Rather than send 3 more out in case they were the same I made a prearranged trip over to the Bolton store where 3 others had been picked, checked and were waiting for me to look at before collection. I'm refurbing our home and this level of customer service is very rare. Thank you so much to both Mary on 'Help' and Asma in store you're stars.
