The lights we bought were easy to fit and look stunning in our newly decorated room. The sales assistant was extremely helpful, we have low ceilings so the drop was important and she brought out stepladders and measured lots of different lights- she couldn’t have been more helpful

Bought 2 x orange bedroom table lamps online, which we'd seen elsewhere but only Pagazzi had them in stock. Good decision - really speedy service and the lamps look excellent. Would use the company again.

Paid for next day delivery and it the item was not delivered the next day. Wrote to the company to ask for a refund on the delivery charge and did not get a response

I bought 2 of these lights. Lovely bright lights for the kitchen/dining room. Easy to fit nice and bright will be easy to clean. Delivery good

I love my new floor lamp. It was very easy to put together and it appears very sturdy. The shade is enormous so I have substituted it with a slightly smaller one but this is just my preference. It all arrived well packed and undamaged. Very impressed!

Bought 2 pictures one was chipped at top and had to touch it up with black paint. 2nd picture was missing a fixture for hanging and no screws so I put the one fixture on the top to hang it and screws went right through. Had there been 2 fixtures like the other picture that would not have happened

Really pleased with purchase and price. Sales lady was extremely pleasant and helpful without being pushy really nice store to browse in will certainly go back.
