Jul 05,2023Chose some light fittings from palazzi, but due to damp problems were unable to fit them for 5 months. However, when installing them several parts were missing. Their policy is cannot return or exchange after 14 days and the parts for our lights cannot be sourced. The light fitting itself is still available to buy. Extremely disappointed with the service.
