Oct 30,2019The unit is nice. Shiny hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, clean unit. Modern kitchen and bath just like the ad stated. The only thing is I’m not sure if you replace screen windows with storm windows for the winter. The reason I’m only giving 4 stars is because the management office personnel on 79th and hermitage is horrible. They all need to take an extensive course in customer service. I really was having regrets in renting from a company that was represented by such a group from the person showing the apartment all the way to the ones I signed the lease with

Oct 30,2019Regardless of the area the apartments should be taken better care of. Numerous screws left behind after move in is unacceptable. Risk being that a child could of have eaten it and harmed him or herself. Painting over the tv and/or cable ports in the bedroom is unacceptable. Paint on the floors is also unacceptable. These are things that should be corrected and will allow the individual and/or family paying for the place to hold more pride and be happier with the product being sold.

Oct 23,2019This five star rating is not for Pangea. I am only giving this to Marcus, the property manager for my building. He is an amazing individual. If everybody in the company had the same values as him, this place would be amazing. I am beyond happy that he is here now. He is doing his best to clean up after the messes that the previous property manager had left. I have a feeling that things will get much better now that Marcus is back handling business how it should be done.

Oct 20,2019These are unethical, greedy and anything else that's "low" and LLC associate's are no better. How they received a 4-star is unreal! This just goes to show us that not much has changed since the "old days", where people escaped punishments for unethical practice and the laws, among other institutions, are little or no help. That 4-star should be 1 and that's only because there's no zero. They retaliated on me, because I called others when they wouldn't do the work. They didn't salt or shovel no snow and ice for 2018 and 2019, even when many work orders were put in. The elderly really suffered. They also have people paying water, even though they don't have separate meters. This is illegal, even by their own lease. They are now refusing to enter my rent payments on time, even though it's never late, among other things, which includes not getting heat until October 17, 2019. Someone told you wrong. Unreal! They value your money, not people. When you don't even care about elderly....., that speaks volumes!👼

Oct 16,2019I would say the staff is very efficient and concern about doing things right and in order , they took the time to explain everything and asked if I had any questions , and was very welcome to be a part of the PANGEA family , I felt at home and very comfortable .

Oct 15,2019Overall pleasant move in experience only concern I had was the leasing agent threatening to put my apartment back on the market after I already paid a holding fee for it AND I was signing the lease a couple days after I paid it ! Otherwise my apartment is very comfortable & is renovated , so far so good !

Oct 13,2019worst experience here honestly so far think this will be my last year staying here. I've been dealing with very loud neighbors and when i mean loud i mean my apartment is literally shaking and constant running a jumping till 3 am non stop because of the kids and adults up there yelling. i cant live in peace in my own place i am constantly being woken up in the middle of the night, also my child have been woken up also. i complain more than 13 times at this point to my landlord but she never calls me back only once outta of all the times this situation has been going on. when i reach out nicely multi table time.Its sad that she hasn't taken any action to this situation and ignores it because its been going on for months and it a violation to the lease agreement and nothing been done with the noise.it shows that pangea really dont care about there tenants at all.

Oct 12,2019My Manager Marcus White is on the ball! I had a problem with my ceiling falling down and I called for a work order and within two days my ceiling was fixed. Marcus White also made sure that I didn't have to clean up the mess the workers made when they first came to tear the ceiling down. I feel confident if you have the right manager on duty, they'll do whatever they can to help you. I've never seen him, but Mr. White helped me out.

Oct 11,2019Ya get what ya pay for! Kinda of a janky elevator, fridge doesn't work very well, but almost has utilities are included, even internet. Residents are friendly.

Oct 11,2019The process to rent an apartment with Pangea was convenient fast and efficient. The rental agent showed me the apartment. Then I completed the application and paid the credit check fee. I received the approval the very next day. I set an appointment to sign my lease and a week later I picked up the keys to my new apartment. I love my studio. It's great efficiency urban style living.

Oct 31,2019last month around October i applied again after waiting a year to apply. they have a policy that states you cant reapply for a whole year if you get denied. dont understand it but anyhoo, i reapplied and once again they told me that i had been denied, AGAIN. i didnt understand because i met all of the requirements. a week later i got an email from pangea about signing a lease. once i opened the email my approval was waiting on me! the previous rep that i had spoken with was looking at my results from last year, as the dates were the same. turns out i had been approved and officially will be moving in in a few days! i love my apt and am so excited! this is my first time having my own apt so its a pretty big step for me! thanks Pangea!
