Sep 09,2019Communication is terrible! Nobody ever answered the phone when I called during my application process. I would always have to come to the property to get a response, which was always miscommunicated. My first apartment experience was too complicated for simple answers I always had to get the second or third time.

Also I love how Pangea have the RENT APP for residents to Pay our rent without any inconvenience. Not A Happy Tenant
Sep 04,2019I signed my lease 08/05/2019 and Today I was suppose to get my keys to my apartment. Just to find out I can't move into my apartment because the inspection was done today and it failed. Then I asked the office manager why I wasn't contacted sooner she was very unprofessional and rude. This has not been a pleasant experience because there is a lot of miscommunication that needs to be worked on.
