I must admit I was impressed however there were a few disappointments , but with the property manager Tanya she’s such a beautiful person on the inside and very helpful Thnxx Pangea and to Tanya yu are awesome keep striving hun cuz yu deserves it 😘😘

The apartment was not cleaned prior to my move in, this includes multiple bathroom drains being clogged. This was on top of multiple cosmetic issues that I had to alert the property to after a walk-through and before I signed the lease. It only bothers me because if I am expected to clean the apartment after I move out, I expect it to be clean when i move in. There's a ball of hair on the floor behind the toilet for pete's sake.

I really thought this was a good building but it’s not it’s always weed smoke in the building loud music from down stairs I have 2 babies and a sick son who want to smell weed smoke every time they go to work and come home

Very clean units and hallways comes with appliances I have a front security door, hardwood floors are fantastic, along with great closet space but you do have to pay your own water which is a bit of a bummer being that they went up on their rent prices and you have to pay for your own cooking gas just a little disappointed with how cold my unit is ( with Pangea heat is included) I got locked out my second day of living in one of their apartments made 2 work orders and supposedly none of them went through ...even though I left 2 voicemails with all my information and the automated service said my message/ work order was sent( according to the property manager the next day) and after contacting the property manager he turned off his phone never made sure I got into my unit that night the supervisor at the site was very nice and patient but the leasing agents 80 percent of the time can be unprofessional and this is a review from other people I know who has lived in their property before and who looked into leasing a unit with them

Where should start?. I will give my honest opinion about the whole experience. 1st the application process was easy and I did get approved for Pangea. I had no choice as my credit is poor now so this was the only place that would accept me. However, the customer service of some of the reps with Pangea need improvement. Some of them are not well taught on how to speak to customers its broken English when speaking to customers. Now I am not the best either I am just detailing my entire experience is all. 2nd Seeing the apartments was a chore and very inconvenient. You can only book one apartment at a time which is not okay if you are in a time crunch to find a unit. Most of the time I only got to see one unit a day or every other day, I guess because the agents were busy or I believe I saw one of the agents who showed me the unit had no transportation to quickly meet me at another unit. So that was inconvient, she was also a bit stand-offish which made me a little hesitant about Pangea. As I said due to my credit, I had no choice but to go with Pangea but I feel a lot could be better. Such as the Austin area Pangea location needs to be much bigger and needs more reps to assist clients. There was nowhere to sit for half the potential clients there, one because the customer service 800 line overbooks people, so people with an actual appointment are not getting seen and are left sitting or standing there an hour or more past their appointment time. I knew I had no choice but to accept an apartment for at least a year just to get my credit up and get back on my feet. I think Pangea did great as far as the look of my apartment, but it took me to look at at least four others units before settling for this one. The other apartments were scary and looked dangerous. This one I went with is not as scary but it has issues in the outside hallway (not in my apartment). So, the outside hallway smells like cigarettes and urine, which I get they feel like a certain demographic lives in this area so there may not be a need to care but that's not true! Everyone deserves to be able to come into their building and not be hit with the smell of urine. Also, my move into the unit was tough as Pangea basically says you must move in through the back area, but I endured dodging mud puddles back there as well as two large trash bags full of garbage left at my back door which I am not touching because it's not my fault someone left trash. So overall, I would like to say if Pangea would clean their buildings better and gain more professionalism they may have more clients wanting to rent. I saw a lot of people walking out which effects Pangeas profit. I am only pointing out what I saw and the things I think can potentially gain more people willing to live in a Pangea apartment and not just because they have no choice. It is up to others to make up their mind if this is for them, I just say if you find a safe decent looking unit where you can get on your feet, it may be worth it for a year. I gave two stars only for my apartment. Its a two bedroom and the actual apartment looks clean and I am adjusting to it so this is my opinion of my entire experience.

Anyone I worked with was very helpful and polite, but they didn't always have up to date information. I had to work to figure out what was correct for a few different policies/procedures.

Pangea Real Estate Is Okay. It all depends on your property manager and if they are fully doing what they suppose too. Some of the units are condo quality. Employees can be quite unprofessional and unorganized. I Overall give a 3 star rating. The company itself need to work on building upkeep far as janitorial work. This shouldn't be done once a week. No one should have to walk into a messy hallway or trash in stair ways. Janitors should be sent out daily to clean. Pangea chain of command trying to get in touch with property managers if you have issues can be quite frustrating.

Needs a better maintenance team also have their resident care team have more knowledge when policy changes and better x Customer service in their offices .. I had pest issues in my old unit and a lot of re occurring plumbing issues.. moved into new unit and didn’t have a working refrigerator for 6 days and counting because I’m still waiting
