No tienen autorización de ninguna clase, para hacer reservas, si vas y no hay plazas,pues te quedas en la calle, así de simple no vale para nada la reserva

Reservé en parking de plaza J. Benavente en Madrid para 3 horas. Cuando llegué, estaba completo y tuve que esperar como una más a que saliera alguien. Me explicaron que no reservan plaza. Cuesta casi el doble reservando: 3 h. por 15€. Cuando la tarifa normal son 8€. Volví antes de las 3h y no devuelven nada. Reconocieron en el propio parking que no vale para nada reservar. Solo para forrarse alguien. NO RESERVÉIS!!

I arrived in Paris yesterday afternoon and parked my car in the parking I booked. When I went to the carpark office, I discovered that the voucher was for a SINGLE parking ticket, instead of MULTI-ENTRY one. I called Parclick instantly on the number I found on Internet - only to discover that the number was either outdated or a dead-end. Not ringing. I assumed that one day would be enough to get a response and used the Online Form to request Parclick to contact me IMMEDIATELY to change the SINGLE-ENTRANCE to a MULTI-ENTRANCE pass. I didn't mind to pay the difference as I realized there may have been a misunderstanding and I wanted to be done with it and to enjoy my holidays. However no one responded, despite the fact that I sent 3 urgent e-mails and 2 online forms in the last 24 hours. I provided a complete explanation of my request, left my mobile number, and requested for an IMMEDIATE contact, but received NO RESPONSE at all. I don't know how is Parclick run or how are they still in business but I know that this is my FIRST TIME in over 20 years as an ONLINE CONSUMER that I HAVE WITNESSED A COMPANY TO NOT BOTHER AT ALL WITH WHAT THEIR CUSTOMER NEED OR THINK ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. I lost a good 2-3 hours to investigate, to inform and to request for feedback, and to write this review, but IT DID NOT SEEM TO MATTER AT ALL. I decided that I will not spend the rest of my Christmas Holidays trying to fix what seems to be a CRYING IGNORANCE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The 104 EUR I paid are not worth the frustration. However I am sharing this experience with YOU, because YOU, as POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW WHO CAN YOU TRUST with your business. And for me personally this experience has led me to the conclusion that I WILL NEVER TRUST AGAIN PARCLICK WITH MY BUSINESS. I will look for an ALTERNATIVE providing similar rates and a lot higher CREDIBILITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I knew this earlier. But I learned my lesson...

What a very bad company! In October I unfortunately registered with this bad company because I needed their parking service for a week in Valencia. If only I had never done business with this bad company ... After a number of complaints about unclear instructions, double payments and the non-functioning method as this company works, I sent an email at their request to describe the complaints. This mail was sent 6 weeks ago. Despite the many requests for a response and good solution, still no concrete response may be received. 1 time in the beginning I received a response from Parclick / Parkings de Paris, with a kind of excuse and that I could expect an answer within 7 days .... well that has been a lot of 7 days. Errors are made! It is about how people deal with it. Now I read the many bad reviews about Parclick and I notice that a response from the support department is given here. So I'm going to provoke it this way to come to a good communication and solution.

Réservez une place lors du marché de Noël à REIMS ne sert à rien, aucune garantie d'avoir une place, il faut attendre que quelqu'un parte pour vous garez, imaginez que vous payez et que vous attendez 3 heures une place ??? Obligez de prendre une place handicapé pas normal.

Be very careful using this service. We have a van that higher than the typical height restrictions for Barcelona so we reserved and paid for a place on this site. The size of vehicle was indicated in the form however when we arrived at the garage they said it would be 10€ more. I wasn't happy about it but i gave them the same card to charge the extra 10€ and he charged me the full price of 155€ plus the extra 10€. He called his boss to find out how to issue an credit and she said the price had gone up and we had to pay double. When I threatened to call the police they gave me the second charge back in cash but said I'd have to get Parclick to reimburse the 1st one. It is impossible to contact anyone at Parclick and they have never returned my messages. I ended up disputing the charge on my card and have to wait for my bank to resolve the problem. I personally will never pay for a parking spot in advance in Barcelona again.

There is no greater sense of confidence than driving into a strange (large) city and knowing that there is a prepaid parking space waiting for you! I used Parclick twice on a recent trip in Spain and Provence, France and it works like a champ. I will always use this service when driving again.

What a great experience out and in to Barcelona International Airport. I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but I needn't have been. The service was fantastic. After making our booking and then telephoning the company advising that we were 15mins from the airport, we dropped the motor home off outside the international departures, where a man in an official Parclick uniform greeted us. After a quick check of the vehicle and some paperwork exchange, we were on our way. Upon return they were just as efficient. Great service and price.

El 28/11 realicé una reserva para el día 30 en el Parking Palacio Euskalduna de Bilbao a través de la app de Parkclick y me cargaron 18,84€ en mi cuenta en el mismo momento de hacer la reserva. El 29/11 cancelé esta reserva e hice una nueva ampliando el horario y aprovechando un código de descuento de Black Friday, también para el día 30 en el Parking Palacio Euskalduna de Bilbao, por la que me cobraron otros 18,84€ (no era el precio correcto, con el código de descuento me tenían que haber cobrado 13,84€). Este mismo día envié un mail para reclamar estos 5€, que me habían cobrado de más y la devolución de los 18,84€ por la cancelación. Hoy 03/12 no sólo no me han contestado, sino que me han realizado un tercer cargo en mi cuenta de otros 18,84€, sin ninguna autorización. Ni contestan a mis mails, ni puedo contactar con ellos por teléfono, todo el rato las líneas están ocupadas. Son unos ladrones. No utilicen su servicio. Además al hacer la reserva del parking indicaban que quedaban pocas plazas y era mentira, cuando llegué el parking estaba vacío.

Lamentblemente cuando hay algun fallo con el parking se laven los manos diciendo que solo son intermediarios - en mi caso no se abrio el porton del parking entonces no pude sacar el coche del parking, tuve que pagar un taxi y aunque me habian dicho que se pagara la factura al final la tuve que pagar yo. No es confiable el servicio. Y obviamente la respuesta de parclick es mandar un mail con todas las informaciones antes de fijar que ya hubo miles de mails con información y reclamación.

Falta registro y factura por uso no por recarga Es muy util y facilita el uso de parquímetros, pero el que no te envíe la "factura" del tiempo que tienes aparcado, si no sólo de las recargas me paree que le quita mucha utilidad.

A chaque fois qu'on voyage on laisse la voiture au parking, on a toujours été très satisfait mais les deux dernières fois il y avait toujours un soucis avec le scanner, on était obligé d'aller voir au bureau donc c'est pas pratique. J'espère que la prochaine fois tout marchera mieux.

Booked Parclick at Valencia Airport for four days. Got a message that I would get a text message one hour before arrival with a telephone number to call 15 minutes before arrival to decide where to go to have the car picked up. I sent a mail requesting a telephone number to call if something happened. No answer. No text message received when we had an hour left and nothing after that. We had to use another parking service at the airport and the - confirmed - payment of 25€ that we hade made in advance is lost! We sent another mail to them during our trip to the airport, but - of course- no answer. I understand why they do not have any telephone numbers on their site that you could call in a case like this. I will never use them again!
