Feb 16,2020Pessima attenzione al cliente. Ho trovato il parcheggio su internet: posizione ottimale per Firenze. Il sito mi invitava a scarica l’app in cambio avrei ricevuto uno sconto. Prenotando il codice sconto non funzionava, così ho prenotato ugualmente perché avevo bisogno del parcheggio il giorno stesso ed ho avvisato il servizio clienti. Mi hanno risposto con una mail standard che inviano a tutto senza neanche Verificare il caso o scusarsi per l’errata comunicazione. Tanto più che il 5% di sconto su più di 23 euro di parcheggio per neanche 20 ore non mi cambiavano la vita, come non era una soluzione darmi uno sconto per una successiva prenotazione che assolutamente non farò.

Feb 12,2020Muy mal, hicimos la reserva, al llegar al parking nos dieron el OK y al sacar el coche nos dicen que no tienen los codigos y nos hicieron pagar el importe total, reclamamos a Parclik y nos dicen que nos devuelven el inporte pagado a ellos pero no el que nos costo el parking, en definitiva muy mal yo ni lo aconsejo ni lo volvere a utilizar.

Feb 11,2020Booked parking in Barcelona though Parclick. There was no way to access. I had to park elsewhere. I asked for a refund and their answer is some dumb email asking for documents as if they were some sort of burocratic agency, showing they’re having no understanding of what the problem was. I didn’t use their service and they can easily check it, but they ask for all kinds of none sense with the obvious intent to not give a refund. Never again parclick.

Feb 08,2020Les critères de réservation et de tarif exprimés par les gérants de parking ne sont pas toujours les mêmes que ceux proposés sur internet . Ceci entraîne un doute inconfortable.

Feb 07,2020A souligner à mon retour la réponse rapide par interphone du gardien qui m'a ouvert la barrière. j'avais oublié mon scan. Juste améliorer la voie d'accès du parking au hall de l'aéroport pour faciliter le transport des bagages en chariot. Merci

Reservo dos días.En la explicación de la app dicen que puedes entrar y salir con el vehículo cuantas veces quieras, pero al llegar me dicen, a través de un interfono que si salgo pierdo el bono del día y además he de esperar más de 10 minutos para que venga un operario a canjearme el abono.
