Sep 28,2024Réservation annulée 3 jours avant le concert alors que la réservation a été faite et payée depuis plus de 3 semaine! Ils se moquent de nous, et en plus ils espèrent nous revoir en nous offrant très généreusement une réduction pour une prochaine réservation ! Pas de solution, ils s’en foutent. À quoi sert la réservation ??? Inadmissible, à fuir!

Sep 28,2024DONT USE- COMPLETE SCAM. I bought a parking space in Paris during the Olympics and they didn’t mention that roads would be closed especially ones to drive through to get there. I emailed them saying I couldn’t access it so bought another parking elsewhere which they asked for the receipt for and I gladly sent it to them. After this, they asked for the proof I didn’t park there and when I replied how? They said go to the parking location talk to the host and get them to confirm I didn’t get to park there. How can I confirm that with the host if I can’t reach it? If I could reach them I’d have parked there! Anyway since I sent the receipt they asked for of the new parking ticket they literally ghosted me. I appealed with monzo but they rejected it. No attempt to resolve it at all and ignored MULTIPLE emails and trust me, I didn’t spam I just asked for help and sent my evidence and asked for some response. They decided to ignore me and keep my money. Contacting consumer protection authorities and other appropriate authorities and will see Parclick will try to say to why they ignored me. Avoid at ALLLLL costs. EDIT: The response from them is hilarious. I contacted them again and again asking for help and I got ignored. Before being ignored they asked me for proof of the new parking I had to buy and I provided the receipt to them but after that got ghosted so their response saying that I’m doing this two months later is because they fought with monzo to dispute my chargeback and it just got back to me that it was rejected because you didn’t get the evidence asked for but I SENT IT and emails asking why you aren’t replying. THATS WHY I am going to share my experience everywhere especially my travel group with 1.5m travellers. Let me know should you want to refund me? Otherwise I’ll keep sharing this scam experience and make sure no one else gets scammed x

Sep 27,2024Annulation du parking Indigo la veille du concert de Mylene Farmer ! Aucune solution proposée ! Au pretexte d’un surbooking pour un événement dont ils n’étaient soit disant pas au courant (concert de Mylene Farmer prévu depuis 1 an et dont l’information a largement été diffusée !!!) Pas de solution alternative proposée et plus aucun parking disponible. C’est honteux. Les clients subissent l’incompétence de Parclick

Sep 27,2024Parclick Saint-Denis, annule notre réservation la veille de notre venue sur Paris, sans nous fournir de solution, alors que nous avions réservé depuis 6 jours, "en raison d'une surréservation, dont nous n'avions pas été informés", selon le mail courtois que nous avons reçu. Résultat : en nous prévenant la veille, nous nous retrouvons sans solution pour nous garer puisque tous les parkings autour sont déjà complets. C'est inadmissible !!

Sep 27,2024Réservation effectuée le 26/08 pour le concert de Mylène Farmer au stade de France le 27/09. Aujourd’hui 26/09 Parclick m’annonce que ma réservation a été purement et simplement annulée car « surbooking » Pas de proposition de solution. Il est proposé de leur écrire, l’adresse mail donnée est erronée ! Le chat est parfait si vous n’avez besoin de rien ! En compensation j’obtiens une réduction pour mon prochain stationnement……ils peuvent attendre !!! Bref fuyez !!!!

Sep 27,2024A j-1 annulation pure et simple de ma reservation au motif d’une « surréservation ». Argument irrecevable en raison d’un évenement attendu depuis plus d’un an et très largement connu au stade de france. Aucune solution de remplacement (of course). Bref plus jamais

Sep 25,2024Andata malissimo, perche dopo 50 telefonate nessuno si era fatto vivo per ritirare la ostra macchina alle partenze di Malpensa, e dovevamo il 15 agosto cercare subito un altro parcheggio, per non perdere il nostro volo internazionale... Per fortuna ci hanno rimborsato tutti soldi.

Sep 25,2024Fantastic service in resolving a problem with duplicate booking. We paid twice for parking and I only made contact with the company this mornin. Stephania handled my case and this was all sorted by today. If this problem had occurred in the UK we would be still waiting till next week for a reply. I can’t thank them enough.
