Apr 30,2024These candles are excellent quality with beautiful fragrances. They do not give off a lot of black smoke and so don’t discolour your home. The range is very good and once l bought from them l haven’t been anywhere else.

Apr 26,2024J'utilise les produits Parks, que j'aime beaucoup bien qu'ils soient chers depuis longtemps, mais je les achète généralement en France par des sites de ventes privées. Afin de trouver un parfum en particulier je suis allée sur votre site. Malheureusement avec vos frais de livraison internes (20€) et les frais de douane et transport français (25.60€) le prix d'achat devient très excessif. Je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience et je le regrette. Bien cordialement

Apr 25,2024The customer service is brilliant. Dewi responded to any queries I had promptly. My candles are fantastic! I bought the discovery set and some unfortunately broke when delivered. I sent pictures and Dewi replaced it straight away. The scents are delightful. Their customer service is second to none. Thank you Dewi and thank you Parks Candles.

Apr 23,2024Delivery was really slow. Had to wait over a week to receive my order. I ordered the set in a gift box and was amazed at how tiny the candles were. I expected them to be larger, the pictures and price were misleading. I have used three candles so far, they are not the best, smell is not that lasting and two have stopped being able to light them. I have bought many different candle makes over the years, I don’t think I would purchase these again as they aren’t as nice as other companies I have used. Wanted so much to be positive but I feel I need to be honest.

Apr 19,2024End of last year (2023) I purchased candles and diffusers, but the company went down... When I received the email saying that Parks was back, I reached them and the support team, kind and helpful, did all their best and sent me my order :) Amazing recovery from the new management team!

Apr 11,2024We had a terrible experience late last year before the acquisition of Parks Candles; paid for candles, received nothing, out of pocket and zero customer service. Completely out of the blue, the new owners contacted us to right the wrong; they have been fantastic, detailed emails, good will gestures and extremely swift responses. The candles/products are amazing, beautiful scents and long-lasting. Now the customer service is on point I would recommend to all.

Apr 04,2024Dreadful, I had bad experiences last year and decided to give it another go. 3 of the candles from last year have all not burned properly. I recently placed an order and have only received 2 out of 6 candles ordered. Have tried calling Parks and it goes to an automated voicemail. I have also sent 2 emails regarding previous points on my account which seem to have disappeared after the Company has been taken over (? I think) and nobody has got back to me. Terrible customer service for such an expensive product, you'd expect way better

Feb 13,2024J'utilise les park's depuis longtemps.... Mais depuis quelques temps elles ne se consument plus comme avant.... Elles brûlent au centre creusent puis s'éteignent seules noyées dans la cire.... Que se passe t il ?? Avez vous change la composition ?? Je suis un peu déçue !!

Jan 21,2024While I gave a 5 star review before I use the candle out of my enthusiasm that I was able to receive my candles in Germany, I am so disappointed to see that my candle wick is drowning.. to be fair, this is the first time this happened in the years I am buying candles from Parks, but still I cannot help but wonder if the quality of the wick has changed or the size of the wick was small for the container. I sent an email to customer services about it but received no answer unfortunately.

Dec 30,2023Per la prima volta ho acquistato direttamente dal sito. Le candele non sono mai arrivate e - forse persino peggio - non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta alle mail inviate per avere spiegazioni. Aggiungo che candele e bastoncini, comprati in precedenza su Westwing, sono ottime. Sito e relativo servizio clienti decisamente no AGGIORNAMENTO: le candele erano ferme in dogana, quindi dopo un contatto della dogana stessa sono arrivate e sono ottime. Non è invece mai arrivata alcuna risposta dall’Azienda. SECONDO AGGIORNAMENTO: l’azienda mi ha contattata (dopo un paio di mesi dal mio acquisto) spiegandomi che c’è stata una modifica di proprietà che ha causato alcuni inconvenienti. Spero che ora si siano risistemati. Non ho verificato personalmente, ecco perchè lascio comunque 3 stelle e non oltre

May 01,2024Bought the lime, basil and mandarin 3 wick candles and the scent is fantastic. Parks Candles have had a difficult few months but the new management team have honoured all outstanding orders. Excellent service will use again.
