Jun 05,2024the goods received well. Packaged well and very carefully. But I have already used 2 candles, but they go out after an hour of burning. The color of the candle is not white but a bit grayish. Only used the small candles. I hope the big candle does well. Not used this yet

I received confirmation and told the order was on its way, tracking was via Shop, they do not recognise this transaction, and appear to be a company who recommend stores to purchase from. A message, which has now vanished!. Stated item was delivered two hours ago!.. this was untrue. Parks candles have not refunded my money, I will be taking this up with my bank in due course

The candles are stunningly elegant, making them a perfect addition to my living room decor 😍 The fragrance options are exquisite and varied, catering to every mood and occasion, and you can smell them instantly as you open the box! I chose the Oud Noir and the Lime, Basil & Mandarin candles which are such gorgeous classic aroma's, they are rich and long-lasting without being overpowering, which I LOVE! Perfect for day time and evening! You can tell their candles are made with the finest ingredients and burn cleanly, for 60 HOURS might I add! And knowing that they are eco-friendly and ethically produced makes me feel even better about my purchase. The customer service was outstanding as well - my order arrived promptly and in perfect condition, and the customer care team was so responsive and helpful with any queries I had!
