Dec 16,2023Placed 2 different orders on the 30th November and still not received either. Left a message on the provided number and emailed numerous times and also tried through instagram. Still have not received any responses to my communications and still don’t know when I will get my 2 orders. Really appreciate if someone gets in touch with me. UPDATE- May 2024 The new company got in touch and managed to fulfil my orders with a few changes as items were not available and sent everything. Started using all the products and highly recommend the new owner. Thank you Parks Candle.

Dec 15,2023These are the best candles and diffusers ever! The fragrances are divine, long lasting and authentic. I have tried many brands of candle, and these are the only ones that burn down equally, and don't leave a big hole in the middle with masses of wax still around the outside. Worth every penny!

Well done to the new owners and thank you for your help and resolution. Previous review: Parks Candles please contact me. I have raised an issue with the products received on order 1000034224 and still not received any response. Kindly get back to me ASAP. I ordered the items as Christmas presents but cannot gift the items sent due to the state of the boxes and packaging- 4 out of the 11 items received are very grubby and dirty. I have sent photos to your customer service site and online system but have not received a reply. Very disappointed customer.
