Wow, what an excellent service! From my initial call to Jason O’Dell enquiring about my new X3 to the magical moment of collecting it, it was perfect. Jason answered all of my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining all of the options available for the purchase. He is a credit to BMW and I will be contacting him again when I’m ready to change cars. The car is excellent and I’m looking forward to heading off to Spain in it over the coming months. I had calls from Partridge BMW in advance of delivery with request to choose delivery slot. On the day car arrived with a phone call 1 hour before delivery. Delivery driver explained basic controls/took photos and finished with signature of delivery.

I just want to ensure that Izabela Lazi is recognised for the outstanding service she has provided to myself today (Fri 25 Aug). Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my new BMW was not able to be delivered today, having taken time off work and having to cancel plans with family with my new car not being here, Izabela was very emphatic. Poor aftersales, having been informed the vehicle i was buying was in pristine condition, i travelled all the way down from the north east to find a couple of minor stone chips which I can live with considering the car was 18 months old, however to be told that a touch up would be sent out that week only to be still waiting after two phone calls and promises to send out, i am still waiting since purchasing the car on July 1st.
