Apr 22,2025I had never heard of this website before, and just to be cautious, bought only 4 valves just to check dimensions, quality, and compare the weight to the OEM valves. I was pleasantly surprised! Very accurate and seem to be good quality. Glad to have pulled the trigger and look forward to seeing the life longevity of these valves!

Also Ups only delivers in my area M,W,&F and my package was suppose to deliver Tuesday, they seen the Ups delay in the delivery and Partsology called me to let me know it was going to be a day behind. Also had to return a part that ended up not needing, the return only required a simple return request email of why I was returning then I received the return information so I could get it sent back. Prices are good and all the parts worked great.

Apr 19,2025My parts came very quickly and undamaged. They are also high quality parts as well. There was an issue with one part I ordered. Both myself and Partsology were under the impression that it came with 2 and not 1. But after very courteous and prompt research on their part we found out it was an issue with the supplier. However Karla was extremely sweet and helpful and was able to make the situation right. I was very impressed with how everything was handled and will continue to shop here for my car parts needs. Thank you all so much!
