Apr 01,2025If the shipper, which is chosen by Partsology doesn't deliver parts properly its all on the customer to find where the parts ended up.. The only information given by partsolog is, its not there responsibly if the parts are lost or stolen after shipment. My parts where delivered five days later by a business owner a block away from where my business is located. No help given from FedEx or Partsology.
