Nov 27,2024So it first time using partsology. Website was easy to use, multuple payment methods abd next day delivery. Also the part description was correct. The parts arrived a day and a half after ordering, and all intake valves were in paper bags in individual boxes inside a well packed overpack shipping box. I was greatful as i can get thevsabe part in amazon BUT it will arrive in a singke plastic bag in a bubble wrap envelope. And when dealing with valves it doest take much to tweak a valve in shipping. The ONLY thing that could make the experience better is an OEM P/N cross reference along with the current year/make/model drop down menu. A lot of other sources I could have used for these parts had erroneous years stating this part will fit and I KNOW that it was false. I WILL be odering from partsology in the quantities I ordered again for sure. Im a Subaru FANatic specifically the EJ series and i rebuild them to keep them on the road for older people who cant afford automotive shop pricing. Abd i travel to them. Its my side hustle and once a customer gets a hold of me and i get the info i build/machine everything at my place basically ready to go so once on site i can just turn nuts and bolts remove, and install.

Nov 26,2024I ordered 6 lifters and rocker arms and then another 10 of each for a 2015 ford f150 xlt 4wd 5.0l and the lifters was bad out of the box when I installed them. I contacted you guys with no response so ended up having tonorder 16 more lifters from your company cause you guys was the only ones that could get them to me the next day and needed to finish the job for my customer to get thier truck back so now I have paid for 32 lifters and only 16 was good and still haven't got a response on a warranty refund. How yall can improve is contact your customers back when they contact you with a warranty bad part issue.

Nov 24,2024i ordered rod and main bearings i know i ordered standerd size theres no way a over size would work on a new crank shaft i put the main beatings in and crank was stuck i looked at the box and sure enough .10 over sized so i bought a set localy that was standerd got them in and moved on to rod bearings same problem again check the box and 020 oversized so ether theres a problem with the site ordering sizes other than what you pic or when they run out of a size they just send what ever but it want happen again because i will never order from them again just buy local if you do this for a living the money you would save just ends up being lost to replacment parts
