Sep 27,2024I am an engine rebuilder! And, I always order parts from Partsology! But, I will definitely not using them as often; because, of a few reasons! First, they double bill me because of that application Shop that has a system error and a glitch which I have pointed out and let them know! And, they continue not to fix the issue of double billing me and them having to reverse n refund me! One time was so bad! That I did not have enough funds to be doubled billed and my order did not get processed and did not get approved due to lack of double billing funds in my account! I was not aware until I checked and had to call the office to inquire! If you also read the reviews they have been having a horrible time with customers complaining about delivery services and next day orders not arriving next day! But, in my case my package was lost for five days and found on the East Coast! I order from Partsology because, usually and hopefully I am only 3 hours south in San Diego from there LA office n warehouse! My lost (fed-ex) package snailed mail via ground back across the USA taking a total of 9 days to get my package! And, I missed my customers promised due date delivery! And, my money was all tired up and no refund could be offered and no discounts for the future! And, I had to source my parts locally and pay out of pocket again! And, my last order from Phoenix also very close by! Was lost and did not arrive on time next day! And, I had to put in a request ticket for what is going on with (OnTrac)! It took five days! From Phoenix to San Diego! Partsology should just give up n stop the promises to deliver next day! And, go to the local standard 3 to 4 days if not to far away! So, do not have false expectations! What is there success rate of percentage of on time delivery! I would be curious to know? I did contact them always first before review(s) and they have done nothing to fix the above issues!
