Jun 17,2024I called with a product question, Cam seals, I thought they were the wrong size. The customersupport requested pictures. I provided pictures and they were willing to refund right away. However, during thid time I did some digging, and realized the part were infct correct. I communicated with them letting them know I've made a mitake and a refund was not necessary. It's good these days that you can actually talk with a human in customer service.
