I knew the prom dress I wanted but unfortunately didn't have in stock but the staff immediately looked on the website and I was able to order it in. Polite staff and was seen to straight away. Thankyou

Great choice of dresses. Staff friendly but not pushy. Bought 2 beautiful dresses for my twins prom. Definitely worth a visit - wished we’d visited here first, would have saved many an hour trawling over pushy shops.

I took my granddaughter Holly for her prom dress and they couldn’t have been more helpful, they let her try on numerous dresses as she hadn’t anything in mind and had lots of patience with her until she found the dress she was looking for! Thankyou to the staff for making it a memorable day for her

Booked an appointment for my daughter to choose a prom dress went to shop in Arndale centre Manchester was greeted when we first arrived told to choose some dresses our appointment was for 4 pm the Young girl asked my daughter would she like some help in the changing rooms to do the dresses up she said yes after trying 1 dress on the girl got her bag left the shop she has finished for the day no help whatsoever absolute disgusting customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone

My daughter exchanged her first dress and is extremely happy with her 2nd choice. The shop was extremely busy on the Saturday. I purchased and paid for the dress on the same day as I have been told the dress is one of a kind and my daughter was the only one to try it on . After purchase the label was torn out by the shop keeper . I have since read that no returns of purchase if the label is not in tact. Hopefully there will be no issues if I needed to exchange it in the future .

Was dissapointed in. The lack of service considering we had booked appointment and was left to our own devices to sort our own dress out with no help and considering what we spent on the dress was no organisation as the staff were to busy attending to others also in the shop so what should of been a special day for my grandaughter. Was not .
