When I made the purchase with this Company communication was good! But when I returned the item as it was too big for a refund I received no emails back! Despite emailing four times. And on the day I received my refund I had fraudulent activity on my bank account! Two purchases which were made by my card which I did not make. My bank advised I must have made a previous purchase on an unsecured site! The only purchase I had made was with Pastiche Couture so be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got an amazing beautiful dress which im buzzing to wear. I think the lady was a little grumpy but thats fine id be too at lunch hour. She was extremely helpful though. I wouldve gotten tangled in straps if she didnt help me. The dress is beautiful and exactly what i wanted. A little more expensive than what i wanted but hey its a gorgeous prom dress

My shopping experience at Pastiche Couture was amazing. I had exactly one day for a friend wedding, and once I reached the store I was able to find the perfect dress (I actually had different options as well πŸ€—) and the sweet lady at the shop understood how I was in a hurry and arranged the needed alterations in almost one hour 😍

This store is operated by a lovely, personable lady who went out of her way to help me find the perfect dress for my wedding reception. I went in on 22 July 2019 and found the dress of my dreams. We weren't sure whether we could get my size shipped for Australia in time but my size had been ordered and had arrived in store within 7 days! Professional, friendly and efficient service. Thank you for all of your help!

My experience at this shop can only be described as the worst treatment I have ever had to endure from a shop owner in my entire life . I bought a prom dress for my daughter at the last minute. When I brought the dress home after careful examination I noticed that there was a gaping hole around the zip area and the lining inside was ripped . The material had dreft balls all over it that suggested that it had been previously been worn and washed and then sold as new . Around the neck there was grinded in dirt and the beads were all loose and around the trail was dirty and to make things worst there was a slight stain on the material . I tried to bring the dress back but there was a notice on the shop window saying she was away on holiday until the 28th July . I bought the dress on the 5th July . On Sat 27th I returned to the shop with the faulty dress showing the shop owner all the fault I explained that I tried to contact the company by email and photographic evidence of the unsatisfactory condition and below standards. The lady became dismissive did not take any responsibility. Accused me damaging the dress myself she just walked away from me a refused to help discuss any of my concerns . I sat down peacefully in the shop waiting for her to deal with me as a paying customer but she just acted like I was invisible and perceded to serve other customer. Then to my uttermost disbelief she left the shop and came back in with a security guard and ask him to remove me from the shop . As a black person I began to recognise that this was action from a racist person who knows that if she call for security for a black women because of _inherent bias ,perceptions, stereotypes and racial profiling , the security guard will act on those beliefs and automatically believe the lady and deal with me accordingly. So said so done The security quard ask me to leave then preceded to video me without my consent . As I was sitting down he was a six foot man standing over me which as you can imagine was very intimidating. The lady at this point was blatantly lying trying to set a scene . I knew exactly what she was doing but I knew I would not be provoke to act out as I knew this is what she wanted to justify her calling security.” I hadn’t done anything β€œ I said to the guard .and β€œI am provoking my statutory right to return a faulty item within 30 days I have receipt ,evidence and picture of the faults β€œ . The security guard totally disregarded what I was saying and started to question my intentions and raising his voice telling me to leave the shop and continued to video me . How humiliating and disrespectful. I sat peacefully still waiting for the lady to deal with me as a paying customer. The next thing I knew the security guard and shop owner stated arranging to call the police . I over heard the lady say β€œwe got to get the police for these sort we can say she tried to push you β€œ. I couldn’t believe what she had resorted too so at this point I decided to record . With 5 minutes two Police officers enter the shop . The lady then started to to say whilst the officer was there” don’t touch me β€œ. I explained to the officer the problem showed them my receipt picture and email evidence . Police told me to put in a formal complaint to Pastice Couture for this undeserved treatment . The police then asked me for my name and address which I refused to give . β€œI am not a criminal I am within my human rights to bring back a faulty dress within a time β€œ. The Police understood as they could see that I was acting totally the opposite to the discription the Shop keeper gave the Police . The whole ordeal has left me shaken . The intimidation. bullying , subtle racist action from the shop owner . (Manchester Arndale Branch) has prompted to take this matter further. I have read other reviews about the poor customer service endured by this bully . I have tried to contact you previously about my concern and had not received a response . I needed to let anyone who want to purchase from this store to be mindful of the cunning racist actions . My daughters Prom experience has now been ruined by this experience to see my daughter cry as the shop keeper call security and the Police because she didn’t want to accept that she sold me a second hand dressed and sold it as new . Considering you pride yourself as providing customers with high standard , excellent quality and excellent customer service it can be argued you fail miserably and left a paying customer feeling dissatisfied, humiliated , having the feeling brought on by injustice , racism , bullying and disrespect. Zero tolerance approach to racism and injustice .

There was an issue with my daughter's dress, other girls had bought the same dress from the same school (due to a recent change in school name), however the staff sorted this very quickly. We were back in store within a few days and she could not have done any more to ensure that my daughter found her perfect dress! Thanks again.

Excellent service and attention to detail. My granddaughter Sadie was getting a prom dress, she is very indecisive and was struggling to decide on a dress, the lady was very helpful and very honest about each dress and in the end the dress Sadie chose was perfect for her. I will certainly choose Pastiche Couture for my other four granddaughters.

Daughters prom dress was supposed to have been ordered in. The dress was never ordered but what they did is alter the sample dress and change the labels. Never told us what they had done and lied when we discovered what they had done. Totally conned by this shop. RIP off merchants. The dress was full of stains (makeup etc) where people had tried it on. The alterations to the dress were very poorly done. Had to get my usual dressmaker to β€˜fix’ all the problems. The fact this shop thinks it has got away with conning me . I have taken further steps and I won’t stop until I’m satisfied justice has been done.

Great company! Was very wary to begin with as their Facebook had lots of bad posts - they have all now disappeared. They had a dress I was looking for but it was out of stock so I popped them an email. They were pretty slow in replying but got a reply saying to give them a call. Staff were friendly on the phone. They took the details for the dress and asked for a deposit as they would have to order the dress in. Deposit was paid via paypal with no problems. All was pretty good it took the dress approximately 5 months to arrive but this wasn't a problem as I was in no rush for it - would recommend checking they have the item you are looking for in stock, website says things might be in stock when they aren't. I had to keep on top of them via email/phone to check for progress and arrival date of the dress. Dress arrived in the shop and they phoned me to let me know and pay for the remaining balance over the phone. Dress arrived within 2 days and was perfect. Only bad thing was there was no return/invoice if there was a problem.
