Aug 02,2021If I can save 1 person from the immense stress I went through in dealing with this firm and with Paul Crowley himself then this has been worth my time. I came to the firm in a vulnerable situation and was taken advantage of. The free consultation was comforting and I felt confident my case would be dealt with professionally. I ended up being horribly stressed due to their incompetence. Their mistakes cost me easy resolutions and I was even billed for each email I sent correcting their mistakes! When I changed firms, Mr Crowley became vindictive and I was given an extortionate bill for Ā£10k+ more than what I was told to expect (Ā£2k). The firm knew I was receiving this larger sum of money from a house sale they were conveying for me and kept it. Devastating! Surely that can't be legal one would think. Well, it would cost me too much to fight. It was the year, it seems, that people took advantage of me. The legal ombudsman have reported the firm to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority as the firm cunningly, avoided any communication with them about my case. Be careful. I went to a much larger firm in town and they were beyond efficient.

My case for medical negligence went on for 3 years but they never gave up and was the only firm at the start to want to take on my case as other firms said there was nothing in it. 3 years on we won and settled out of court. Would highly recommend using this firm, professional, friendly, present and always on the ball no matter what. Thanks Paul Crowley Team, I appreciate everything from start to finish.

May 08,2021When we decided to sell our home, Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors Ltd were recommended to us to deal with the conveyancing for the property. From the first contact with the conveyancing team to the final exchange, we have received a first class service. As a layperson, the selling of a home can be quite daunting with all the legal jargon involved. However, the conveyancing team, specifically Jasmin Blythin, was always on hand to answer any queries, explain the process and go through everything again. The reception staff were always extremely pleasant and helpful, passing on messages to the team, who in turn always returned our calls in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. We are now proceeding with the purchase of a property and have asked Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors Ltd to help us with the purchase. We would certainly recommend using Paul Crowley to undertake any conveyancing work in future.

Mar 22,2021I used Paul Crowley's Consultant Solicitor, Prav Walker to carry through to completion my home Equity Release Plan during the Covid national lockdown January to March 2021. I was kept fully informed at all stages and received regular phone and email progress reports. ER offer and acceptance documentation, land and property conveyance title and registration was all dealt with promptly and securely without fuss or inconvenience. Professional fees were extremely reasonable for the high level legal service received. I would recommend Paul Crowley & Company as an excellent Property Law Firm.
