From first putting in the offer to completing the purchase, it all went very smoothly, and any questions I emailed in during the process were promptly replied to by Matthew Wignall, who was dealing with the purchase. Very happy with the service!

She is a great solicitor, really professional, no problem ever in communication as she would always keep us informed with everything. I really recommend her and their conveyancing team to anyone who is looking for solicitors! Will definitely be coming back to them in the future if needed :)

Mar 01,2024Conveyancing service did exactly what it said on the tin, Matthew Wignall, solicitor involved kept me up to date when needed, efficient service, fees higher than some online companies but I prefer the personal contact. Have bought and sold now with Paul Crowley and would use them again

He is a great solicitor, really professional, no problem ever in communication as he would always keep us informed about any little change and anything we asked for he would provide. Matty kept me updated throughout the process, took the time to explain anything I didn't understand, answered my (many!) questions and chased the sellers to progress the purchase and complete in a very short timeframe. Feb 03,2024I used Paul Crowley to purchase my house, after previously having a positive experience. I was assigned Matthew Wignall and he done a fantastic job. The service was excellent, Matt responded to all my emails promptly, chased my seller’s solicitor often (too often unfortunately, do not use online estate agents solicitors!) without me having to ask and kept me informed all the way through. I would use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Matty kept me updated through the process and I was able to contact him at any time for help. This is the second time I have used Paul Crowley for conveyancing and I would highly recommend them and especially Matty for anyone considering using their services.
