we ordered a single pallet of paving slabs and at the time of ordering was told that delivery would be 2 - 3 days but they were experiencing some small delays. 3 weeks later and over 2 hours on the phone to paving superstore we finally got our order. In this time we had to cancel pre-booked slabbers twice. Having spoken to the MD Brian he disclosed they were having some operational issues and promised to email me with an offer of some form of compensation to rectify the issues other than the £25 voucher off our next purchase on his site (that we didn't need and there is barely a thing on the site under £500 worth having). As to be expected i never heard back from Brian. I would suggest staying clear of this company at the moment as its clear they are experiencing some logistical and operational issues which is severally affecting the company.

This firm where the cheapest I could find to provide a TGB shed. Unfortunately it took longer than I was quoted to arrive, which in its self isn’t a problem, but communication was terrible. Original delivery date missed despite me calling to check multiple times, on the date being told it was “out for delivery so should be with you by 5pm”(30min wait time to get through usually), then spent 2 more weeks having to nag to get a confirmed date so I could arrange work and be there to receive delivery. All in all, not worth the few quid saving.
Very simple to place the order. no tricks with adding vat and shipping at the end. Price you see is price you pay.
simple straight forward process
Poor customer service and just generally disappointing. Won’t be buying anymore paving or products from this company after buying 3 small items of sealant and cleaner all in good time to work with my schedule. Delivery turned up had an item missing. Contacted them after being in the hold que for 30mins finally got through to be told it would be dispatched. 1 week later still no item. Called again to be on hold in que for 40 mins to be told item had not been dispatched and that they would have to send again. My schedule was then knocked out of sync due to this. Asked to be contacted by a manager of higher level to explain why this occurred. No contact from them and still awaiting either a new item to be delivered of a refund. Terrible!! From a trade customer who has spent ££££’s

Excellent quality pavers in the sample. Unfortunately not the right look for my path in the end but if they had been I wouldn't have hesitated to buy.
My paving stone was damaged and I have reported this issue with in 30 days of purchase.I have been told by the customer service that they can't replace or refund the broken tiles and I have to order new ones.Then I tried to order the new titles but the Web site won't allow me to order single box and I have to order the whole pack which I Don't need it. I have complained and asked for help but no one came back to me as off yet.All I'm left with half finished patio PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY 😡

Great service samples arrived quickly and the quality is fabulous.
Not sure where to start. This company is the worst I have ever come across. First of all their Website is incredibly slow and painful. Order placing was fine but then the issues started right after they took my money. Delivery service appalling, slabs arrived on time but other items ordered were nowhere to be seen even after paying for a pre booked delivery charge and email confirmation clearly stating 1-2 working days delivery for the other items in the order. On the promised delivery date I rang their customer service (hours of waiting on the phone to get connected, 7 attempts at different times). The person on the call did not know why my total order was not delivered together with slabs, they did not know any tracking information, they could not confirm delivery day or time and did not have any solution or information at all, they put me on hold for an age. I had to cancel one item in the order as I needed it on the day to ensure the work begins first thing next morning. They initially refused to cancel/ issue refund stating 'goods are in transit' (absolute lis) and should be delivered shortly (whereas, their customer service advisor on the phone could not confirm delivery date/ time), I somehow managed to get them to accept my cancellation and refund was processed after several emails back and forth. Very rude and arrogant responses. George in particular is nasty, rude, thinks she can say whatever she wants on emails, seems like 0 training when hired, simply come in and ignore customers, be rude with them and take their money, I believe they train the team to stress the customers instead. Next, the delivery was promised for the other remaining items for a day (to be fair item arrived on the said day but at the end of the day meaning whole day wasted and additional costs incurred. I had to order items via another suppler who delivered same day at a fraction of a price, I was beating myself as to how I did not check other suppliers before placing my order with these cowboys). I asked Paving Superstore to cancel my order for the remaining item but they refused and advised I would have to pay the cost. I repeatedly asked them to give me a full refund instead they are demanding me to pay a whopping £100 costs associated with returns which is over 50% the overall total of remaining item £188. They are blaming me for canceling an item in transit which has resulted in delays WOW. Upon comparing their prices with other major retailers I found out they are ripping people off for example an item they are selling for £47 is available as low as £22 incl. VAT with Travis Perkins and local builders merchant with free same or next day delivery. My biggest mistake was to just order without reading other people's review on TrustPilot. How I wish I had done that before placing my order. If I knew these cowboys I would have steered clear of Paving Superstore. They are a bunch of rip offs, 0 customer service, management is arrogant, absolute cowboys and customer service team have no clue what they are doing. They are waiting to take your cash and give you nightmares. Please avoid at all costs. I would recommend buying from some other very reputable organisations out there who really care about their customers. I am still in communication with them but unfortunately it seems a never ending stressful experience which will not be resolved as their Operations Director Bruce is refusing to cooperate and trying his best to leave me out of pocket further. I will not leave them alone and take them to the hell with legal action.
