Feb 23,2021Paid extra for selected day delivery. Turned up 2 days late. Staff were unaware of problem until notified blaming it on their delivery company. No offer of refund of the extra money paid to select delivery day. I had to chase them to find out when delivery would actually occur despite them telling me they would sort it out and call me back. Product was good when it was finally delivered
