Stones are really beautiful in my garden! When the stones delivered, there are some pieces that are broken, after contact with Paving Superstore, they efficiently arrange the replacement units to be delivered.

Paid for next day delivery one pallet turned up then it took a week to deliver the other 2. Save your time and go with a reputable firm. I lost at least £700 paying landscapers.

These were beautiful sandstone slabs which was delivered in good time even during the pandemic... i needed to order some more grout as I didn’t order enough.. it arrived in three days.. great service and a great product. Chris

I was sent incorrect product. Thinner than the one I ordered. I didn't notice at first and the shop pushed the blame onto their supplier and said that since I already used some of the package they can't split the one they have to exchange the rest (I needed at least some thicker slabs). Funny thing is when I started laying the slabs, lot of them were discoloured, few were broken but I assumes it's the way with the discounted stock (that's what the website said) and I had ordered more to account for that. But apparently I got new, more expensive stock so I find it mediocre at best. In terms of customer support, they are at least replying really quickly, even if they don't have any good solutions to my problem.

We ordered our paving and the next day were phoned to confirm the order and to arrange the delivery day. When thry were delivered, it was straight forward and were kept informed of the delivery process. It was all very straight forward.
