Apr 08,2024I think most of the 5 star reviews here are fake or incentivized. The only positive is that once you stop "working" with/for payability, you appreciate every penny you get directly from amazon AND learn to manage your finances on a normal bi-weekly schedule :) I gave it two stars because customer service was nice and worked quickly, but there were way too many stressful issues and the fees are not worth it in the end. They should integrate themselves more into amazon's portal and lower the fees because it's all automated.

Feb 19,2024I wanted to keep my business running without waiting for a payment from amazon. I got connected with Ryan. He took care of me. We did a scheduled zoom call and everything was handled and all questions were answered. I got funded within that day once everything was checked out. I will recommend Payability anytime.

Feb 07,2024I had a great experience working with Ryan. He was able to answer all my questions, was patient and help my hand throughout the process of setting up everything. Ryan was able to answer my emails at anytime, get on calls, called me when needed and took it personal to get to the finish line. This was probably the best Onboarding and customer service experience I ever had!

Apr 16,2024They ask for intrusive information and string you along like they’re going to approve you, then at the very end tell you, no sorry you have to be 50% fba in order to use our services. Don’t you think that would be one of the first things they ask from you if it’s that much of a deal breaker? Thanks for wasting my time.
