When you are making sales over $66K/month from your e-comm store, and Amazon only releases your money every 14 days, you need the cash-flow for inventory; Payability has given me the ability to meet my inventory demands. Jan 21,2022At first I was skeptical of them when I read the negative reviews about over charging or hidden fees; however, all of those issues never happened to me. My experience was extremely streamlined and my agent, Jonathan, was graciously patient with all my incessant questions. The people who were complaining about hidden fees or being charged twice never did their due diligence of understanding Payability’s fee structure. There wasn’t anything hidden, everything is stated in the bylaws. So honestly, if your in a situation where you could use the immediate capital, I’d highly recommend trying Payability out.

Apr 23,2022It’s not that informative on the funds and balance taken and fees. The app is nothing but basic. It’s scary letting the site get 100% access to everything on your FBA account even though they say they won’t do anything. I wish the person that signs you up was helpful at all times. The person that signs you up texts you constantly but after it’s done they don’t seem to care to help much afterwards and you get told to contact someone else. It’s half ass customer service and it’s tough letting someone mess with your money and get the dissatisfaction.
