Nov 23,2024Fantastic team. Fantastic support. Great worth ethic and so professional. The account manager and the designers are really helpful in ensuring customer satisfaction. Me and My team needed new landing pages, website, homepage, product page improvements. Our criteria's were always met and achieved at high level. A special thank you to Ariana Resindez & Charles. Both these 2 oversaw my project whilst the designers were working on the technical side of things. Every designer has a tremendous worth ethic and is super fast in back and forth development.

Nov 20,2024I've now worked with Penji and their designers for a few months and LOVE IT! Had a design created last night and this morning when I went to download it, the image was the incorrect size (my fault). The designers are the opposite time zone of me. However, I reached out and needed the correct image size for my slide presentation and within one hour they had it corrected. JUST AWESOME!

My company has been in business for about 30 years, and we've worked with creatives from the beginning: domestic employees, domestic for-hire, offshore employees, off-shore freelancers... We KNOW this space, and Penji has proven itself far more capable and cost-effective than any of our previous setups.

With expertise across many different design types, including ones that are hard to find, Penji comes through even in a pinch. They know how to go beyond execution and come up with ideas and variations to strengthen the designs. The nice part is being able to work with multiple designers who each have their own strengths and expertise. And customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!

I didn't know what to do about hiring and training someone on all the ongoing projects we still had. Penji was able to jump in and provide the same product and an amazing rate! Aug 08,2024Really poor service. You literally wait ages for a subtle revision. Doesn't give you that in-house designer experience. They start your work and that work takes ages be it a simple logo iteration. Or if they come up with something within stipulated time, the work is substandard and really one could do a better job. There will always feel a disconnect with your brand and it's vision.

Aug 01,2024Penji gives me consistent, high-quality designs and saves me a great deal of time and hassle in the process. As a small independent publisher, I have hired graphic design help on Fiverr, Upwork, and Behance. I've gotten mixed results from those platforms, including some good designs. But the amount of time I've spent getting the good designs (and weeding out many bad ones), makes me reluctant to use those platforms. Communication with Penji is so easy compared to the hit-and-miss experience I have communicating with freelancers on other platforms. I don't have to vet designers with test projects, because Penji handles all that. The account managers, project managers and designers are all friendly, professional and responsive. They pay close attention to detail and are committed to making sure I'm happy with the designs. Using Penji is allowing me to scale production more easily and efficiently than I have been able to before. Penji is a very good value, especially when you factor in time savings and less stress. Highly recommend!

Some designs take a little more back and forth than I'd prefer, but with the different types of projects and brands I've thrown their way, I understand it takes time!! Even with the feedback loop, I've saved myself A TON of production work and have been able to focus on higher level projects.

I was not so sure at first because I didn't see anything on their website that matches the style I was looking for, but they have been great and able to meet our needs in the style we desire. Jose has been very helpful as an account manager as well when we needed to increase the number of designers to meet our deadlines. Much appreciated!
