Jun 04,2022Their service is second to none! We got up to 3 designs per day, which they kept up with. They are very communicative and they help us to keep everything organized. Keep in mind: If you are bad at communicating what you want, you may not like the designs, so provide references/examples and explain what you don't want in addition to what you do want to avoid too many revisions. If you're open and give them creative reign, they produce very stylish designs. For the price and quality - we definitely recommend trying Penji out!

May 28,2022I have used Penji services on more than 10 occasions. They offer great quality of designs as well as fast responses. If you need something unusual they are also willing to provide (ie. different than standard format of graphics). I recommend the subscription to Penji as it is definately value for money.

I love the quality of their work, as it represents my brand. When I get a draft I don't like, the designer listens to my requests and comes back with great options every time.

May 24,2022Do not use if building website. I wanted the Penji team to build me a website. I signed up for the service and was led to believe that the company offers WordPress. They do not and felt like I was lied to as a whole. I now have a design that I can't use or at least have to hire a developer. Frustrated.

May 13,2022Great concept but I wanted the team to just take my idea and create all of the verbiage for my ads. I don't have time to hand hold everyone. Just do the work. Overall, the quality was there, but it took too much time for me to focus on it.

May 12,2022I did a lot of research looking for a company that could build us a new logo for our business as we were moving to a new premises and wanted a fresh new look. after reading a lot of reviews and video reviews i decided to go with Penji. From the get go there instructions that they sent to me via email were easy to understand to setup brandings and starting our first project. There platform that they use was very easy to navigate and after an hour I had 3-4 projects in the que. The next day i had my first project started and away it went from there. 9 projects later I would highly recommend Penji to anyone on a budget when needing projects designed. Sometimes it takes a couple of revisions to get exactly what you were after, if the designer you have doesn't quite get it right you can ask for another designer to make a design to compare. Really happy with all the projects that I got them to design for me and would highly recommend. Hopefully use them again down the track.

May 07,2022I’m old school in the sense that I want a phone call and be able to speak to someone at a moments notice. Quite frankly Penji didn’t allow me to speak to the designers. I was subject to using their platform over and over again and i just about had it.

Apr 15,2022Penji’s efforts and products that they offered us delivered content for our social platform. They lead a communicative process, ensuring constant touchpoints within their dashboard. The only feedback is that I wish they delivered more within the time frame, but I’m understanding of their workflow since I’ve used services like this in the past. Overall, out of all the services, Penji is the best I’ve tried thus far.

They have helped me on numerous projects, everything from custom illustrations for a book I plan to self-publish, to business flyers, and social media graphics. Their artists are truly talented, they've been able to bring my visions to life with little guidance. The illustrations I have commissioned are 100% unique, and the turn around time is far quicker than I originally anticipated. Amazing customer service aside, my favorite thing about Penji is their platform, I can click directly on the submitted work to make comments or ask for revisions. I am beyond grateful to have found Penji, and I look forward to continue working with them on future projects.

Jul 02,2022We looked to Penji to handle some internal overflow projects. We work in design and are familiar with design specification and scope of work requests. We submitted a very detailed request that included everything needed for an experienced designer to get started. What we received was an amateurish joke. We decided to cut our losses and end the relationship and take advantage of their 30 day money back guarantee - we were only a couple days into the subscription. This initiated the PENJI shakedown, where our request to refund was resisted again and again. After email after email, they finally admitted that the designer was worthless and what was presented to us as a draft was. In their own words “this designer wasn’t of quality.” However, after they admitted they assigned a talentless designer and wasted our time, they stopped responding to emails and still have not acknowledged our right for a refund. Perhaps our case is an outlier, but I cannot recommend PENJI. Dishonest business practices coupled with a pool of dubious “designers” is a recipe for disaster. UPDATE: No, Penji, you don’t get to lie by responding to my review with bogus claims. You DO shy away from giving a refund. I have asked for a refund, but still have not received confirmation of it. Even the response to my review says you have not refunded me. Since posting this review I have received three more emails from different people asking me to either reconsider or to explain why I want a refund, even though I have explained that many times in multiple emails and cancelation requests. Penji hides behind a money back guarantee claim, but uses harassment to wear down the customer in an attempt to not honor the request. Stay away from this dishonest company. UPDATE July 4, 2022: I have screenshots of all the emails from Penji that show your most recent comments are false. I will not retract this review. Everything I have stated is true. I requested a cancelation on July 1. Following that request, I received multiple emails over the next three days from as many as four different people telling me to reconsider. These include the following Penji workers: 1) Katie Heugle | Support Specialist, 2) Mason Graves | Support Specialist, 3) Jo (no last name given), 4) Rumana Thajudeen | Support Specialist Penji needs to get a handle on how it manages cancelation requests.
