Your designers have captured the essence of what I'm looking for and have done so with great speed and diligence. Overall, I'm very pleased and very impressed, especially with the initiative that the designers showed in taking my materials and proficiently turning it into design assets.

Projects are assigned quickly with fast turnaround. I have been able to get new logos, brochures and marketing pieces created in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Apr 30,2021I have been using Penji for about a month now, they created a few graphics for our non profit organization PWNC Foundation, Inc and we were pleased with them. Make sure you are very detailed in what you want before you submit your project (ex.) colors, font, pictures, design layout and so on. Enjoy the experience.

Apr 29,2021I've been using Penji to mainly create designs for my online t-shirt company for about a year now, and they've been great across the board! The quality of work is top notch and interactions with the designers and staff are always pleasant. It's a relief not always having to find a new freelance designer or fit into the schedule of one you've used before every time you want a new design made. It's an even bigger relief knowing you're not running up the tab every time you request a revision like you are with lots of freelancers. I've had a great experience so far, and I'd definitely recommend giving them a try!

Apr 23,2021Penji has been an absolute game changer for my boutique marketing agency. They've increased my graphic design production exponentially for my clients. I have projects in the queue at all times. So I am seeing new projects being finished each business morning. It's great to wake up to a new "Penji design is ready" email! The 2 issues: Their response time is inconsistent. And they're unable to make quick fixes to designs without it taking up one of my design projects for the day. Thankfully I know Adobe illustrator so I am able to make the tweaks if need be so it doesn't stop my other projects in the queue. The versatility of design work they can do is incredibly impressive. I don't even think an in-house graphic designer can match the output they're giving me for the rate I'm paying (Agency plan). The only thing they need now is to create a plan for video editing and I will be a customer for LIFE.

Apr 22,2021I've been using Penji for a while now and I'm totally happy with the designs I get back. I have a designer assigned to me that doesn't change very often (although I have the option to request someone different if I don't feel we're a good match) so it's great that they get to know me and what I usually like. I simply give the details for each project and the next day there's a design ready for me to review. The team is super patient and will make as many changes as I need to the design, but often I don't need any changes at all. I've found that the better (and more specific) details that I give at the beginning of the project, the more likely I'll get a prefect design the first time around. I would recommend Penji to anyone who doesn't have the time or skillset to create their own designs. Penji is a great value and the only real limitation seems to be design ideas coming from me and me keeping enough in the system so they have something to work on every day of the week, lol.

The team is super friendly and after a few revisions, we generally get exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend to any agency looking for a creative team to get their content rolling. My one wish would be for them to roll out video design features.
