I contacted people postcode lottery, because a gift I had selected from a prize win (triple point multi point adapter charger ) had become faulty melted and set fire to my Garmin bike computer. I wanted to make the team aware of the issue and also to prevent any issue for other users. Alison was very concerned and took detailed information and acted immediately, she also reassured that this would be escalated and asked for photos of the issue to support the escalation.
