Apr 22,2025The young man I spoke to was very helpful I had recieved messages 3 in total for a prize gift applied for the first 1 didn't get it applied for second 1 didn't get it ,thought I was doing something wrong so my daughter did it for me again nothing prizes getting less in value all the time,so he put me down for a prize ,couldn't get me what I actually wanted and I've yet to see if it arrives,buy he was very nice

Apr 22,2025My account had been closed due to a non-payment on a card that was stolen, and to confuse things the email address I set the account up with is no longer valid. The agent I spoke to was very helpful, she identified the problem and resolved it quickly. She set up a better alternative payment and updated my account with my new email address. I am happy with the customer experience, she was very good.
