Apr 17,2025I found the caller to be quite robotic I thought at one point it was a pre recorded AI robot. I was put on hold for a long time and then when he returned I felt as though I was fobbed off and told to call back in 15 minutes. I don't know why he couldn't help me there and then he said he could see the notes but was unable to help but whoever answered the phone in 15 minutes would be able to help. I felt like I was too much hard work and he would rather have taken a different call. I'm not even sure what the issue was as I was the one returning a missed call from them.
