Apr 17,2025I was concerned about a recent 1⭐️ review from someone who claimed to have been told by an agent, that postcodes are only entered into the draw if there is a minimum number of subscribers with the same postcode. Although this didn't seem likely I decided to call and check this out. The agent gave me peace of mind, assuring me that this information was not accurate, as all postcodes, whether there is only one or more with the same postcode, are included in each draw, provided the subscription is active.

Apr 17,2025There had been a problem with payments from Paypal. I have had good communication from the team a Postcode Lottery and today we resolved the issue with an alternative payment method. The agent was very polite, friendly and helpful and it's now all sorted.
