They always keep me in the loop on the status of my order should they need to order it in, especially considering the time sensitive nature of my cat's medication. Now that I've found them, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

An concerned email to Pet Care Pharmacy was handled in an empathetic and professional manner to put to rest my concerns that the medication had gone astray. The communication was friendly and supportive with advice on the best time to order in future to ensure a swift delivery. Sure enough - the missing parcel arrived the next day. I have found Pet Care Pharmacy to be pleasant, ethical, professional and reliable.

Jul 01,2022I have been purchasing my dog’s heart medication from Pet Care Pharmacy for some time now, and have only ever had great customer service! With my dog requiring her expensive pills daily for the remainder of her life, I was desperate to find somewhere that was cheaper than our local vets. While the tablets are still rather expensive for us, we are saving a lot of money through Pet Care Pharmacy! Dispatch and shipping is also super fast and reliable!
