Mar 04,2022The delivery of my order was quick and efficient and I will definitely use them again, however there was a question over my script, that was still in date, but I was asked to get a new one from my vet which added another $30 to my costs for this medication for my pup. When I asked the vet they told me that your office had asked for a new one and when I asked your staff they told me that the vet wanted a new script either way I had to pay extra and the whole idea of coming to you online was to reduce my costs. When I received my package the invoice said there was 1 more script to dispense and I had 12 months to do so ???? so there fore my script dated May 2021 was still valid.

I place phone orders and communication with Pet Care Pharmacy assistants is always friendly and the product is delivered with a couple of days if not next day. Recommend Pet Care Pharmacy for all your pets health care needs.

Mar 02,2022Pet Care Pharmacy are fantastic from ordering to delivery. It only takes a couple of days for the whole process. If you have a number of scripts they keep them on file so It’s easy to reorder. I have been with them for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t change anything.

So much cheaper than placing orders through my Vet. I use the Express Post option for delivery and the medication arrives within a few days. I have the satisfaction of knowing my dog’s health is in safe hands and his medication is genuine and the company is Australian based with strict guidelines.
