Jun 26,2024Bought an aquarium as a birthday present for our son from Petmania. Arrived on time but it was unfortunately damaged in transit. Amazing customer service team - especially Deirdre - sorted the issue straight away and Deirdre even brought the replacement aquarium up to Dublin from Kilkenny herself so we would have it on time for our son’s birthday! Would highly recommend Petmania and will definitely purchase from them again!

Jun 24,2024Very disappointed. I don't understand how companies can hold onto people's money with a store exchange policy only but yet can offer a refund online?! If you believe you're providing good quality products at a competitive price, and you want your customers to return because they feel valued, why make them spend their money in the store if they don't want to?? That's just greed. I won't be using petmania for my pet care ever again.

When I went to the store I realised I was too early, but the staff member went out of her way to look up my order and process it for me there and then, so I didn't have to come back later or the following day. It was very much appreciated. It was a lady in Tullamore store, I don't remember her name, sorry.
