I contacted customer service who apologised and stated a replacement item would be sent. It is now over 1 month since initial communication with no further contact or a replacement item I will stick to in person shopping in future

Jun 03,2024Fantastic quick and efficient service and free delivery in ROI. Only reason for 4 stars is that many of the tins of cat food I ordered were dented when they arrived. Not sure if it was shipping etc but over half of them were damaged.
