May 28,2024Very bad shop in navan for grooming, each time I've brought 2 different small dogs and im charged up to 80euro to have my dog look the exact same just smell different when I asked for his hair to be cut also when they trimmed his nails they left them sharp and uneven which damaged my car, wooden floors and left cuts on me for weeks when he tried to climb on me, I also got a worming tablet in one of the packages and unfortunately left my dog sick with a vet visit due to swollen eyelids and vomiting

May 28,2024Very unhappy that my items I bought has not arrived when I purchased on line last Tuesday, to find out your using GLS as a courier. I should have recieved the mpet treats before Friday, you need to find out what’s the delay with the courier. At least with DPD they would deliver before the weekend, I won’t be buying online again from online pet mania. 7 days on and no items to show for it,

May 22,2024Took my dog Todd a labradoodle for a groom appointment he gets regularly groomed in petmania Waterford he missed last grooming session there as I couldn't get an appointment that suited so took him elsewhere my normal grooms including flea and worming package cost 80 euro This morning I was told because I wasn't here in a while the groom was going to be 90 euro 1 left Todd but thinking about it i returned 20 minutes later and expressed my unhappiness at cost and asked was he started already as I was going to take him back I was told he was being washed so I said ok just wash him and I'll just pay for that and collect him and how much will that be That will be 70 euro girl said to which I replied so you wash him for 70 euro and cutting costs 20 ? I told her to go ahead but I won't be back ever again When I did collect him no mention of flea treatment or worming tablets that I usually get with my groom for 80 euro I will never bring him there again

May 21,2024My delivery was late.I ordered on a Friday. I rang the following Friday to be told dog food would be delivered the next day Saturday. Which I was delighted with as has not expected it to be at weekend. Food not delivered. Obliged to buy elsewhere on Saturday. Poor service. Finally arrived on Monday. Fuming I was lied to.
