Jan 21,2024We purchased in Petmania Sligo, the annual care package for our two small dogs. Terrible decision! We noticed that the quality of care was declining throughout the year and yesterday (20/01/24) was very traumatic for my dogs. We received a text from Petmania to collect our dogs after grooming and when we arrived our two dogs were cold and wet/damp, with matted hair... I believe they were left to dry without any grooming. The groomer came up with an excuse saying that one of the dogs we've never had problems with before wouldn't let her dry her ears. Ok, what about the rest of his and my other dog's bodies wet, cold and killed?! This is animal abuse! Horrible treatment without any compassion for these innocent creatures.
