Jan 17,2024Very bad service PETMANIA JETLAND LIMERICK, I brought my dog to be groomed and was phoned 10 mins later to say my dog was too nervous, we have used this groomers numerous times before I think because it was so late in the day they didn’t want to bother doing the groom my partner got off work early also to bring our dog to his appointment and was half way back to work and had to go back and collect our dog I will never use these groomers again such an inconvenience is all this was and to be phoned in that manner and not even an apology I’m appalled.

However, the man who delivered it, slammed the door from the porch so hard that he has broken the glass. He didn’t even bother to ring the bell. I also received the correct order in the post a few days later. Great customer service, will be shopping there again.
