Jul 07,2021Ordered Genteal gel severe 8 pack on Amazon. Only four (4) arrived. Told I would receive replacement priority mail. Changed to delayed delivery TWICE. Never received. Called Amazon. Said order cancelled because item wasn’t returned. Item was not supposed to be returned. They were supposed to send me for replacements.
