Jun 12,2021First time for a poor experience with Pharmapacks. I ordered it and heard nothing about it shipping for about a week. I emailed customer service and got no response, emailed again a week later and finally was told it was out of stock. No expected shipping date, just that its out of stock and I can cancel my order if I can't wait. Could we not have gotten this resolved before I ordered it? A simple "in stock" or "out of stock" on the website would be great, much like some actual timely communication would be great as well. So here's what happened in the end, I needed the item and since there was no eta I had to source it elsewhere. Turns out, I found it even lower priced and it was in stock. So it may very well be that this particular mismananged experience has cost you guys a customer since you forced me to go elsewhere for what I needed and it worked out.

Jun 11,2021Product arrived promptly. However, per the website I ordered AfterBite gel with active ingredient 3.5% ammonia. I received AfterBite gell with active ingredient 2% diphenhydramine HCL. I have since learned that AfterBite gel with ammonia is apparently no longer available. PLEASE CHANGE THE PHOTO/INFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE.
