Jun 23,2021I received my order of hair color products, and upon opening, I saw that the packing receipt had the correct color name on it, but the ordered products were a different color name. I called customer service and was informed sometimes updating products, item names, etc are changed. But to solve the problem for me, your representative offered a credit for the products since the name on the product was not what I ordered. I appreciated that solution and want to commend your customer service.

Jun 22,2021I ordered “Digestive Advantage Lactose Defense Formula”(pictured on my order confirmation) but received “Digestive Advantage Daily Probiotics plus lactose support” different picture on the box! I do not know if it is the same product with new packaging or if it will work … what do you advise???

Jun 22,2021The good: Sent the right thing the same day I ordered it. The bad: Used "UPS Mail Innovations", which means it goes by UPS then the Post Office mail. It also means that instead of taking 2 days, it takes 4 or 5. Definitely will be ordering again. Good company. :) -Chris.

Jun 21,2021I love Pharmapacks. I started ordering from them during COVID when the stores were out of everything. Awesome prices and delivery. I found out they even carry my shampoo in the ginormous bottle I buy, and it’s less expensive. If you are not buying from these people go ahead and pay more elsewhere.
