Apr 26,2021I thoroughly enjoyed a well resourced, challenging, enlightening and educational course. The course is pitched at a level of professionalism expected in the industry, dress code and long hours. This is by no means a tip up and get a qualification; one has to work hard for it. Fives Stars and a very strong recommendation.

Their training is professional and if you are looking for a career in close protection I highly recommend Phoenix they really are the world leaders in CP. Mitchell Atkinson (the lead instructor) is an inspiration to all aspiring CP's.

Apr 26,2021It was hard work and tiring but definately worth it! A 2 week relentless adventure! I learned so much and definately became a better person by the end of the course. Instructors were very knowledgeable and injected just the right level of humour to keep it fun. Brilliant!

Apr 26,2021The Phoenix Close Protection course is truly brilliant. The training given is far beyond the minimum SIA requirements and is taught to the high standards that Phoenix requires from it's s staff. The instructors are professionals. They are passionate and knowledgeable about their roles. This combined with their experience and the course itinerary makes the course incredibly interesting. I highly recommend the course to anyone serious about progression in a security career.

Apr 25,2021From the first day when the CEO Guv Shergill came in and spoke to us all, I knew this was a special place. The speech that was given was motivational and inspiring. During my time on the course I felt part of a TEAM. Everyone was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The main instructor Mitch is brilliant, Taff is also very helpfully they are both great guys. The course itself was great, insightful and I couldn’t think of anywhere else anyone would want to go, PHOENIX by far are the leaders in the industry. It was worth every penny. Thank you Phoenix

Apr 25,2021An absolutely exceptional and unique experience! The Phoenix instructors were skilled, outstanding teachers and hugely dedicated to their students. I have learned some amazing skills (and life long skills) in a short period of time. The practical ‘on the job’ training is excellent. I simply loved every minute of it. Commitment and team work are essentials as well as hard work and a sense of humour. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. Thankyou Phoenix

The trainers were excellent and extremely knowledgeable....(they also put in huge days). The skills you develop during the course are invaluable/priceless for future Work in close protection or even general life. Once again an amazing experience. Thank you Phoenix.

Apr 24,2021Thorough, comprehensive and intensive training course in close protection. Expert instruction, good balance of theory and practical exercises delivered in a way to be engaging and effective. Grew as a person as well as acquiring the foundation skills of a CPO. Phoenix sets the bar high but they are right behind you as a candidate supporting you throughout to meet these high standards. I am confident I would be proficient as a CPO now and hopefully from my good performance and attitude on the training, I will soon receive opportunities from Phoenix to prove this further. Working in protection has a sense of honour to it I've missed in other jobs. Just like the military, police and such, team is so important here so leave your ego at the door if you consider a career in close protection.

Apr 13,2021I thought overall the course was really good, the instructors were professional and answered any questions I had. I especially liked the use of personal experiences from the instructors to help understand why some things are done. I would've like the driving part to have been longer.
