May 28,2020Although I will not pretend to know the value of Phoenix Group compared to all other companies, I can say from my experience since completing the IQ Level 3 Close Protection course (in November 2018) is that Phoenix Group is a top contender as a training provider and career option in the Private Security industry. I had an excellent experience from joining to departing the course, I could rely on the instructors for informed guidance and support throughout, and they remain professional contacts and peers since. The course itself is replete with live scenarios, team building and professional development, including theory, law and practical training. The facilities are excellent at the Headquarters, Offsite Training Facilities, and the accommodation. I would fully recommend Phoenix Group for anyone with or without prior military and/or security experience; for entry, transfer or retraining, on either the full course, or individual training modules. I would definitely recommend it if you want to be ready for any operation or just have a wider knowledge of security. The instructors are very friendly and always are there to help you with any doubt or concern that you may have during the course.

I had the pleasure to meet and work alongside a whole load of great people who really put the team in teamwork, The instructor Mitch was a fantastic teacher with a boat load of experience and knowledge to share and did so with common humorous inputs which kept the classroom portion lively. I would recommend anyone aiming to get into the security industry to go through Phoenix whether for close protection or not as they provide the highest standard of training.

An intensive course going through everything you need to be a good CPO and giving you live exercises to learn to use them effectively.
